Papamoa Junction is a mixed use commercial development at Parton Road
Papamoa. The site includes:

Further urban development is commencing, and a large tract of land in Papamoa
East has been zoned future urban by the Council. A plan change is underway
to rezone the future urban land as residential land by mid 2005.

and proposes to develop the frontage as a retail destination with up to 50,000
sq metres of letable area and over 1500 carparks. Expressions of interest are
